At CrossFit Lodestar, we believe progress always beatsperfection.

The word Lodestar means “a star that leads orguides.” A guide doesn’t demand perfection; it offers direction. When life feels chaotic or overwhelming, we all need something steady to orient us — a reminder that growth happens through small, faithful steps taken over time.
Our foundation comes from Luke 10:27:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and withall your strength and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
Loving God with your strength doesn’t mean pushing beyondyour limits. It means honoring your body, listening to it, and allowing it togrow at a healthy pace. Loving your neighbor — and yourself — means extendingpatience instead of pressure.
