CrossFit is scaleable and is for anyone. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength gains, massing or endurance. The program is designed in a way and working with a coach, you can tailor the workouts to fit your goals and needs.
Does your box and Crossfit work with you on nutrition?
Lodestar coaches can discuss your nutrition with you to help you reach your goals. We also have an area specialist in the Nutrition industry.
Why is CrossFit more expensive than most other gym memberships?
At CrossFit gyms(boxes), with every workout, you get coaching on movements from gymnastics, Olympic lifting to nutrition. Looking for this outside of CrossFit, will cost you much more. Also you get daily programming, which takes the guesswork out of what to do next.
What makes Lodestar different than other gyms?
While we cannot comment on the experience at other gyms, we do know that Lodestar is a gym focusing on the community, approachable coaches and family-oriented approach. We want to have fun, we want to treat every individual the same and we often have multiple coaches keeping a close eye on all of the athletes.
