Audrey Timmerman

Growing up, I was always drawn to sports and physical activities. I immersed myself in various sports at a young age and ended up playing basketball and soccer competitively. That eventually led to the opportunity to play college basketball at Division 2, Erskine College. After competing at that level for four years, I decided to get into coaching. I coached Division 2 college basketball for 10 years. It was a great opportunity to be a positive role model for young adults and help serve those around me. Little did I know that my path would eventually lead me to the world of CrossFit. My journey with CrossFit has been transformative, shaping me into the person, and coach I am today. From my athletic achievements to the lessons learned, I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences this sport has provided me. Through Crossfit, I have learned the importance of perseverance and discipline. It has also taught me that true growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones and push ourselves beyond what we thought possible. As I continue to evolve as a coach, I am committed to helping others discover their own potential and experience the transformative power of the sport.

Crossfit is cool.

I do not recall a turning point in regards to Crossfit. I think my passion for the sport has been a slow maturation process. As each season goes by, I find myself being a little more disciplined and a little more invested.

My purpose for coaching is solely for the opportunity to serve others. I want to be able to help others have the confidence to achieve things they did not think was in their reach
